Oh for goodness' sake. Funny how you get used to stuff, isn't it?! We have WordPress installed at work, and I have one at home I'd tried with totest the install. It's worse than blogger to use. Apart from all the stuff I can't do, it's such a faff to fiddle around a squillion menus to do anything.  The only thing I DO like is the smilies. I do wish blog-city would incorporate smilies.

And while  I'm ranting, I wish someone would drop the spam from 'education partner, the russian based organisation' that would like to offer me a job if I am over 27 (yes, can't even remember being 27), resident of the UK (only cos I can't find a good job elsewhere, or only temporarily, depending on how you look at it), and have 2-3 hours free time within the work day.... Damn, knew there'd be a snag. 2-3 hours free time within the whole day would be good.... Grr.

But at least Michael Owen made it through the match apparently unscathed. Though I was so busy fighting wordpress I missed the third goal...doh! But maybe now Theo Walcott has got his England cap and swiped Rooney's mantle out from underneath him, Rooney's ego will come back to normal size. Not that I'd not like him to be fit and on the plane to Germany, you understand, but surely noone exept Shearer is indispensable?
