Some faithful of you are still coming here, even though my cold turkey lasted longer than I expected. Seems blog-city have upgraded and left (maybe just) me with a big notice all ovr the admin saying this version is no longer supported. Not sure how long it's not going to be supported for, or if it will just be wiped eventually, but they didn't do the automatic change. From what I saw on the forums there were quite a few people weren't keen. Am vaguely grateful for this in that at least it leaves my blog intact while I work out where to put it, and how to get my content out in a manner that doesn't involve copying and pasting all 480 odd posts by hand. Am not overly impressed however that the free version is no longer supported, so any work ones we have we will have to pay for or lose altogether. I had just renewed my premium subscription, so I have a year of this address being visible - whatever they do with the design, theoretically. However, when I can sort something out I will do. In the meantime, although I've lots to say and I've missed blogging, about Nice, about the fabulous apple blossom today, about the drunk elephants on BBC today, on Sage choir going to Prague, on Stefan in Egypt, on all sorts... at the same time I don't feel in the mood to add any more proper entries. What worries me is the longer it takes to find a new home, the so out of the habit I shall have got that I just won't bother at all, and I don't really want that to happen. But thanks for sticking with me. Don't delete my feed just yet - one day there'll be an update for you.
